Being in the interior design business, we can’t help but to appreciate well crafted furniture. From functionality, to comfort, and aesthetic appeal, the furniture we choose to bring into our space has multiple roles to fill. When we see furniture that is as visually pleasing as it is functional, it catches our attention. Finding something made in the states by hand that is visually appealing as well as functional… well, that definitely catches our attention!

That’s why we fell in love with Charleston Forge accent furniture! Charleston Forge is a furniture company in North Carolina that stuck with their vision of in country, hand made furniture as so many other furniture companies began to ship out their work to take advantage of lower pay in other countries. With that dedication to keeping work in the states comes a high quality standard. The company, started in 1974, has crafted furniture for big name industries and celebrities alike.

We are pleased to announce that we now carry their products! You can stop in and begin the process of customization! Each piece is custom made to your specifications using metal bases with either wood, stone or glass tops. Every piece is handmade and exhibits natural scaling from the forging process. Each piece can be customized by selecting one of the standard or premium metals for the base. Depending on the chosen style, you then select from a large variety of stone, glass, or wood finishes. On top of the endless possibilities of dining tables, coffee and end tables, consoles and desks; they also carry chairs, counter and bar stools, benches and bed frames. Finish your piece off with one of 15 leathers or 19 fabrics.

We are excited to begin introducing these products into your life. They are pretty amazing, and we believe you will think so, too. Next time you’re in, look for any of their pieces that are already in store. You’ll be able to experience the high level of craftmanship first-hand.
